Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. The Wig Repair Shop does not store card numbers or card security codes on this website. Stripe may collect billing, payment, fraud-prevention, and receipt information under its own privacy policy.

We use your information to create and manage bookings, send service instructions, arrange pickup, drop-off, delivery, or courier return, respond to questions, prevent spam or fraud, and improve website performance.
Systems We Use
Booking and contact details may be routed through Apex Radius systems, Keystone CRM, Sanity CMS, Cloudflare, Stripe, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel when configured. These providers help operate the website, process payments, measure marketing, and manage client communication.

The website uses consent-based analytics where configured. You can decline non-essential cookies from the cookie banner. Essential security and checkout functions may still operate because they are required to provide the service.
Retention
We keep booking and communication records for as long as needed to provide service, resolve disputes, meet tax or legal obligations, and maintain business records.
