Most services take 7–10 business days. Wig Styling Only takes 4–5 business days. Processing may take longer if you submit multiple wigs.
After booking, we’ll provide our Calgary location. Package your wig carefully with a note including your full name and order number.
Yes! Home pickup is available as an add-on service. It’s arranged the next business day after booking.
Bone Straight, Standard Barrel Curls (1.25”), Tight Barrel Curls (1”), and Beach Waves. For customization services, we also offer haircuts: Bob cut (chin/shoulder length), Fringe, and Face framing layers.
Human, Virgin, and Raw hair only. We do not work with synthetic wigs. For customization and construction, NEW lace with single knots is preferred.
No. For Wig Construction and Reconstruction, you bring your own bundles and closure/frontal. For Lace Replacement, you provide the replacement lace.
Bleached knots and hairline plucking for a natural-looking finish. This is included in our Customization & Styling, Construction (full package), Reconstruction (full package), and Lace Replacement Gold package.
